About The Event

What's included?

Your registration covers a great weekend of riding bikes, learning skills, and making new friends. You will be coached by certified mountain bike instructors who know how to meet you where you are in your mountain bike journey.

Accommodations:

There are several options to choose from at The Bike Farm. Check out their Camping and Glamping sites and book today!

Meals:

You can purchase a meal plan for $100. If you don't want to worry about prepping meals during the camp weekend, this is a great option for you! Simply add the meal plan to your cart.

What to wear: If you have mountain bike padded shorts, please wear them, your bum will thank you! If you do not have padded shorts look into investing in some or wear shorts, leggings or comfortable pants (not really baggy) that you wouldn’t mind getting dirty or wearing for several hours on your bike. Look at the forecast, wear and bring layers, rain gear, and extra dry clothes just in case.

Clipless or flats: We recommend wearing flat pedals for mountain bike clinics, if you are clipless and really want to ride clipped in you can, but you may not feel as comfortable trying some awesome new skills. No matter what you decide make sure your pedals match what shoes you bring to wear i.e. for flat pedals you need flat shoes or sneakers, for clipless pedals you will need your clipless shoes. We will have a limited supply of demo flat pedals for you to try out if you like!

Erin Blackiston Wells - Owner, Muddy Pedals - Baltimore, MD - Trek Women's Advocate

Befriend me!

Muddy Pedals founder, Trek Women’s Advocate, and IMBA ICP Level 2 Instructor, Erin wants to create an environment where you can be confident enough to feel the freedom of shredding the trails. With over 10 years of mountain bike experience, she has faced all of the fears that come with starting the journey and adventure of mountain biking.

Kate Nolan - Co-Owner, DNK Presents - Indianapolis, IN - Trek Women's Advocate

Befriend me!

Getting outside has always been a passion of mine and I love sharing that with others. I believe we need a connection to nature in order to live a happy, healthy and balanced lives. I grew up camping, backpacking, skiing, trail running and racing BMX and mountain bikes. I believe my bond with nature has helped me to excel in my professional career, to overcome obstacles personally and professionally and the spiritual gain has been profound.

Danielle Wolter Nolan - Co-Owner DNK Presents - Indianapolis, IN - Trek Women's Ambassador

Befriend me!

Growing up in the country, being outdoors was always second nature to me. Living in this fast paced digital age we live in today I realized that there was a need for more people to unplug from technology and reconnect with themselves in nature. This was one of the many reasons why Kate and I founded DNK Presents. Together we have organized and guided hundreds of people on adventure in and outside of Indiana. I am blessed to share my passion for the great outdoors while helping individuals and groups build confidence and empowerment through adventure experiences.
